12 Motivational Morning Exercises

Exercising is very essential for health. Exercising daily helps in staying active and fresh. If you want to stay healthy and fit then start your day with the morning exercises. When you work out in the morning it will let you stay fresh and active all day long. If you want to have a perfect ideal physique you must exercise daily. Exercising will be beneficial because you will feel good and it refreshes your mind.

WARM UP YOURSELF:

As you wake up early in the morning. Motivate yourself for a workout. This can only be possible if you warm-up yourself. Warm up exercise is a must before starting a workout. Like jump a rope for 5 minutes.

DO SQUATS:

Squats let you move every part of your body. Whenever you work out squats your hips, your knees and your legs all of them strengthen. Perform squats in reps. Like 15 reps in one set and 15 reps in other set. With the passage of time increase the limit of reps.

BUILD UP ADDITIONAL MUSCLES:

Set your goal quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. Perform lunges every other. This exercise will increase the energy and make your stamina strong. Your muscles will be strengthening by building up additional muscles.

PUSH-UPS:

Push-ups is performed when up workout your muscles in your chest and triceps and shoulders. First of all build up the stamina if you can’t perform full push, take a support of the ground and place your knees on the ground. When your strength is built then perform full push-ups.

JUMPING:

Jumping jacks is an easy and motivational morning exercise. Do this exercise on incremental basis. When you start, full one minute for jumping jack is easy to begin with.

DO CALF RAISES:

Calf raises are essential to boost up your stamina and to strengthen your muscles of legs and calf muscles.

BUILD UP BICEPS:

Use dumbbells for building the biceps. One set of reps per arm is enough to exercise in the morning. Whenever you lift up the dumbbell breathe in, and when you lower the weight breathe out.

DO KICKBACKS:

Make sure your elbow is straight, as far as you can move your lower arms do so to exercise kickbacks.

KNEES HIGH:

It is Simple and easy exercise that can be easily done in the morning.

JOGGING:

Jog daily in a ground with a friend. You will feel as you go out for jogging in the morning. You breathe in and out fresh air that will make your mood pleasant too.

STRETCHING:

Stretch your first in the morning as soon as you wake up in the morning. When you stretch your body your muscles begin to move. Hold static poses for about 30 seconds minimum.

WALL SIT:

Hold a wall sit. Just like a position of sitting but with the support of the wall.
